PUBLIC OFFER for the conclusion of a contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely.

This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is an official offer of MEAN LTD, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, to conclude a contract for the sale of goods with any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”, on the terms and conditions specified in this Offer.

Placing (publishing) this Offer on the MEAN LTD website is an official offer of the Seller, and placing an order through the site by the Buyer means full and unconditional agreement with all the terms and conditions of this Offer.

1. General Provisions
1. 1. This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the Offer) is an official offer of MEAN LTD, a contract of purchase and sale of goods on the Site by distance means, recorded with MEAN LTD, on the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement and containing all essential terms of the Offer.
1. 2. The Buyer's order of goods placed on the Site means that the Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions of this Offer, the Privacy Policy and the User Agreement.
1. 3. The Site has the right to make changes to the Offer without notifying the Buyer.
1. 4. The validity period of the Offer is not limited, unless otherwise specified on the Site.
1. 5. The Site provides the Buyer with complete and accurate information about the goods.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods presented on the website to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms of this Offer, except for Buyers from certain countries, which the Seller has the right not to announce.
2.2. The name, price, quantity and other characteristics of the goods are determined on the website at the time of placing the order.
2.3. All images of the goods are illustrative; shades and details may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. Prices for goods are indicated on the website in Euros regardless of the Buyer's country, prices for goods are indicated without VAT.
3.2. Payment is made online by bank card, through the Ukrainian payment system WayForPay (Visa, MasterCard, Apple pay, Google pay) or by other methods available on the website.
3.3. The final amount may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank fees.
3.4. The order is considered accepted for execution after payment confirmation.
3.5 The seller processes the order for placement on the site within 2-5 business days.

4. DELIVERY OF GOODS
4.1. Delivery is carried out worldwide using international postal or courier services (for example, "Ukrposhta", DHL, Nova Poshta Global, etc.).
4.2 The Seller is obliged to provide information about the international parcel to the Buyer, namely: the parcel number and tracking service after transferring the goods to the postal services to the Buyer's email address specified by the Buyer when placing the order.
4.2. The cost of delivery depends on the country, the minimum delivery time is 5-6 calendar days or more.
4.3. The risks of accidental loss or damage to the goods are transferred to the Buyer from the moment the goods are transferred to the carrier.
4.4. The Buyer undertakes to independently cover all additional costs associated with international delivery, including, but not limited to: customs duties, taxes, commissions of carriers or payment systems, insurance payments, etc.
4.5. In case of refusal of the Buyer to pay additional costs during international shipment, the Seller has the right to withhold up to 50% of the total order amount as compensation for processing, delivery and administrative services. The remaining amount (if applicable) is returned to the Buyer in the same way as the payment was made, after receipt of the goods by the Seller.
4.6 The Seller is not responsible for the payment of customs duties, taxes and/or duties of the Buyer's country, the latter is obliged to pay all customs duties, taxes and/or duties of the country, which is the final point of international delivery.
4.6 The Seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the final address of the Buyer, which is indicated when placing the order.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
5.1.The Buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, if the goods have not been used and their presentation has been preserved, before returning the Seller is obliged to record the proper condition of the goods on a photo and video and send the Seller a photo and video of the proper condition of the goods, after which the Seller has the right to review the photo and video materials and provide his decision on the return or exchange of the goods to the Buyer.
5.2. For international orders, the Buyer pays for the return of the goods himself, if the return is not due to the Seller's error.
5.3. The money is returned in the same way as the payment was made, within 7-10 business days after receiving the return.
5.4 The Buyer is obliged to clearly choose his size, all information about the size is indicated in the description under each product. Permissible errors in the sizes indicated on the website and sizes are up to 3 cm.

6. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The seller is not responsible for customs authorities or carriers.
6.2 The seller is responsible for using the WayForPay payment system to accept payments and guarantees 100% protection of the buyer's personal information and/or his bank details.
6.2. The buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data provided when placing an order for subsequent international shipment.
6.3. In the event of force majeure (war, blockade, natural disaster, etc.), the parties are released from liability for failure to fulfill obligations for the period of such circumstances.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. This Agreement shall enter into force from the moment of acceptance of the Offer by the Buyer (confirmation of the order) and shall be valid until the parties fully fulfill their obligations.
72. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and in the absence of agreement - in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
7.3. Use of the Site by the Buyer confirms familiarization with and agreement to all terms and conditions of this Public Offer.

8. Offer validity period
8.1. This Offer shall enter into force from the moment of its acceptance by the Buyer.

9. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

9.1. If any questions or claims arise from the Buyer, the Buyer must contact the Site by phone or other available means. All disputes will be attempted to be resolved through negotiations; if it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
